Manage billing

KanBots Cloud bills through Stripe Checkout and the hosted customer portal. Org owners and billing admins manage subscription details there without sharing card data with KanBots servers.

  1. Owner or Admin opens Settings → Billing

    Navigate to your organization workspace, open Settings, then the Billingtab. You'll see the current plan tier, renewal date, and payment health at a glance.

  2. Open billing portal

    Click Open billing portalto launch Stripe's branded flow in a new window. Sign in — if prompted — with email access to receipts for this subscription. The portal verifies with Stripe so we never handle raw PAN data.

  3. Change seats and update payment methods

    In the Stripe portal, open Seats (or quantity) to bump paid seats mid-cycle — proration invoices appear automatically. Use Payment methodsto add, reorder, or remove cards presented by Stripe's PSD2-compliant UI.

  4. Review history and download invoices

    Open Invoice history to see finalized charges, ACH pulls, credits, or tax documents. Choose any row to preview or download PDF receipts suitable for Finance. Need a consolidated export? Stripe allows CSV exports depending on billing country.
